High School/GED and Transitional Skills:

Provide educational curriculum for 7-12 grade ages and youth up to age 24.
Targeted age: youth 12-24 (possibly 26)
Provide additional training in alternative therapies for increased processing, retention and utilization, including life skills, leadership skills, coping skills, team-building skills and organizational skills.  
Provide transitional skills and career/vocational information and guidance.
Develop transitional and career plan with each student, while monitoring outcomes, progress and providing additional life skills for success in chosen field.

 

College (2 or 4 yr):  

Assist with career choices, planning and support for the duration of chosen program.

Vocation/Technical School Program:

Assist with career choices, planning and support for the duration of chosen program.

Trade Apprenticeships/internships:

Providing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc., training through an individualized training program with master craft and tradesmen.  Providing guidance and support if student chooses to attend a traditional VOC training program.  Career/Vocational programs through individualized plans at ASSET Centers.
